This position pays up to $140,000 depending on experience.

Job Summary

Responsible for providing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining new and existing software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and perform software quality assurance tasks.
• Train end users on the operation of software applications and develop end‑user documentation.
• Provide ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues.
• Run reports, update tables, and perform other tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss activities, issues, and updates.
• Assist with training and support for end users.

Qualifications

Review system requirements and business processes; test, debug, and implement software solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems (experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Experience

2–3 years of experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non‑technical staff.
• Demonstrated analytic and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.
