We're seeking a Senior Change Manager in Atlanta to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
As our Communications & Engagement Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of a change strategy for an enterprise financial transformation initiative. Your expertise in change management will be crucial in ensuring the successful rollout and adoption of new financial tools across the organization.
YOU WILL:
- Lead change management activities to drive employee engagement and adoption
- Develop change management materials as outlined in the strategic communications and training plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential barriers to change
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders
- Demonstrate a calm and proactive approach to managing change in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- Relevant experience in a change management or communications role, in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Management Consulting experience
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to move work forward
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
