A dynamic and growing real estate development group undergoing a strategic rebrand is seeking a degreed Civil Engineer to join their team as Project Engineering Manager to support their continued expansion across the Southeast. Role Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial development projects from lease execution to delivery
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, municipalities, and the tenant’s team
• Oversee utility coordination, offsite improvements, permitting, and demolition
• Develop and maintain project schedules and identify critical path activities
• Ensure quality execution while keeping projects on time and on budget

Ideal Background

• 5–7 years of experience in engineering or construction project management
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering with EIT OR PE license preferred
• Exposure to retail development or commercial projects a plus
• Skilled in managing consultants and navigating complex entitlements
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment managing multiple projects at once
