The Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing, well-funded start-up.
As a Sales Lead, you will focus on revenue development and market expansion by selling Bosta’s products and services across its shipper segment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation through market research
  • Arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients
  • Identify service improvements or new services by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Recommend new opportunities and profit/service improvements
  • Collaborate on strategy, sales operations, and financial goals
  • Identify and implement effective sales channels and strategies

Who are you

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales in logistics/E-commerce preferred
  • Results-oriented and goal-driven
  • Outgoing and persuasive personality
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Existing strong client relationships
  • Very good English proficiency
