🚀 Chief Program Officer (NIRH)

Overview

The National Institute for Reproductive Health (NIRH) and the NIRH Action Fund seek a highly-qualified and entrepreneurial professional to provide strategic direction, leadership, creativity, and management for both NIRH and the NIRH Action Fund programs. The Chief Program Officer (CPO) reports to the President, serves as a key leadership team member, and designs and implements systems and protocols to support annual growth. The CPO will supervise programmatic staff and oversee the policy, partnerships, political, and youth program teams (together totaling 10 staff).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, leadership, creativity, and management for both NIRH and the NIRH Action Fund programs.
• Report to the President and participate as a member of the organization’s leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
• Design and implement systems and protocols to ensure annual growth across programs.
• Supervise programmatic staff and oversee the policy, partnerships, political, and youth program teams (currently 10 staff).

This is a full-time position located in New York, NY.
