Pies 'N' Thighs is a small (but growing) independent scratch kitchen in Brooklyn with an old-school hospitality vibe. We are looking for a Pastry Manager to help run daily operations, introduce new concepts, and help scale pastry/production systems for additional store openings.

Responsibilities

• Help run daily operations.

• Help scale pastry/production systems for additional store openings.

Qualifications

• Systems-minded, team oriented, reliable.


• 2+ years relevant Pastry Chef/Cook experience.


• At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
