Luxury Spa Director role at SBH Fashion in Charlotte, NC. This flagship luxury skincare destination is hiring a Spa Director to lead spa operations in a high-end environment, focusing on client experience and staff performance. The Spa Director will oversee all spa operations and report to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, supervision, management, and growth of the spa & staff.
• Interact with clients, providing brand & product knowledge.
• Generate events & build awareness to drive revenue and grow the business.
• Interview, train, schedule, monitor employee performance, and complete payroll for all personnel; adhere to meal break policy and proper payroll procedures.
• Review all feedback and comments from guests and make necessary adjustments while adhering to brand standards.
• Assist with the development of policies & procedures, to streamline processes across all doors.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of spa policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and improve client experience.
• Convey clear instructions and guidance to the staff and establish working relationships that attain a high level of effective employee morale.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment for all staff and members and promote safety awareness at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding environment.
• Must be flexible with schedule – able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Create a motivating & positive work environment.
• Social perceptiveness and situational awareness, especially in a luxury environment.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• 4+ years of supervisory/team management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
