Covia is looking for a dynamic PRICING ADMINISTRATOR who will have a positive impact on the SALES team at its CHARLOTTE, NC location. As a PRICING ADMINISTRATOR, you will be responsible for the update and accuracy of all pricing details in IFS through regular collaboration and coordination with Sales and the Pricing analytics team. Synthesize pricing data from multiple sources, following up on gaps or pricing variances. Provide reporting to CCO on price changes and overall impact to revenues on a regular basis. Provide Finance with proper pricing adjustments for issued invoices.
THE SUCCESSFUL INCUMBENT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure all prices are entered correctly in IFS tool.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to ensure update of annual list prices. Implement all annual price increases.
- Proactively audit prices displayed in system to ensure special pricing and/or any missing pricing details are updated daily.
- Provide quick and responsive pricing updates to internal counterparts on request. Provide CCO with price change impacts.
- Provide all supporting documents to Finance for pricing adjustments to previously issued invoices.
THE SUCCESSFUL INCUMBENT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-year Business Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years experience required
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Salesforce and Outlook
- Ability to clearly communicate and explain issues
- Capable of escalating chronic issues for resolution
- Ability to track and monitor data that changes frequently
- Reliable, good attendance record
- Basic financial and business acumen
- Strong analytical skills
