HVAC Service & Sales Technician

Location: Grapevine, TX (Dispatch Home North Texas). Dallas‑Fort Worth metro area.

About the role

We seek a motivated HVAC Service & Sales Technician to install, service, and sell HVAC equipment. Technical expertise and customer relationship skills are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service and sales calls.
• Diagnose HVAC failures and recommend repairs, accessories, or replacements.
• Identify sales opportunities (equipment upgrades, cross‑sell, memberships).
• Educate customers on work completed and provide options.
• Build trust, follow‑up, and convert opportunities.
• Maintain vehicle, equipment inventory, and safety.
• Attend training and team meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years residential HVAC experience.
• Current HVAC license and certification.
• Valid Texas driver’s license, clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, team player, customer service oriented.
• Climb, bend, kneel, crawl, stoop regularly.
• Lift 75 lbs regularly, 40‑50 lbs on raised surfaces.
• Work in cramped spaces, high places.
• Weekend/ evening rotation possible.
