Gospel Enjoyment Ministries (GEM) is a faith-driven nonprofit dedicated to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ through music, media, and ministry. Founded by gospel rap artist Saint Dru, GEM combines creativity and discipleship to reach hearts around the world with the message of salvation. Our team works collaboratively to produce impactful, high-quality Christian content that glorifies God and inspires listeners.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and spiritually grounded Audio Engineer to join our growing media team. The ideal candidate has a passion for excellence in sound and a heart for ministry. You will work closely with our artists, producers, and creative directors to mix, master, and prepare songs and media that align with GEM’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Record, mix, and master tracks for GEM projects and artists.
• Ensure high-quality sound across all platforms (digital, streaming, and live).
• Collaborate with producers and vocalists to achieve the desired sonic direction.
• Manage session files, audio organization, and delivery deadlines.
• Provide creative input on sound design and arrangement when needed.
• Maintain consistency with GEM’s spiritual and artistic vision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in audio engineering, preferably in gospel or Christian music.
• Proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, FL Studio, etc.).
• Strong understanding of mixing, mastering, and vocal production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A heart for ministry and commitment to faith-based creative work.
