Role Description

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will apply engineering principles to develop and improve mechanical power transmission products, manage key projects, and work closely with the plant manufacturing team to ensure efficient production processes. This role will also be responsible for resolving technical challenges, evaluating product performance, conducting tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects related to product and process improvement
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize production efficiency
• Solve technical challenges in both product design and manufacturing
• Conduct product performance evaluations and testing
