Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of drilling programs across diverse basins
• Integrate real-time data to optimize well performance and safety
• Collaborate with subsurface, completions, and operations teams to reduce NPT
• Design, plan, and execute complex well programs from spud to TD; work with geoscience and completions teams to ensure wellbore stability, cost optimization, and adherence to HSE standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• 6–10+ years of onshore/offshore drilling experience
• Expertise in well design, hydraulics, mud systems, and casing programs
• Experience with Landmark, WellPlan, or similar software
• Strong understanding of API/OSHA standards and risk management
