This position requires:

• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• 6-10 years of Facilities Engineering experience, including project management and coordination skills.
• At least 3 years in a Facilities leadership or management role.

• Progressive experience in Facilities coordination.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Assist in capital budgeting for space-related expenditures.
