HDR is seeking a Civil/Senior Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team, with opportunities available in multiple locations across the United States. This role involves designing facility-related sites for Data Centers and Mission Critical buildings, working closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout project phases from planning to construction.

Primary Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting early project development activities such as site selection and planning.
2. Designing civil aspects including site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
3. Performing quantity calculations and managing permitting processes.
4. Leading technical evaluations and contributing to project planning and supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Bluebeam Revu.
• Experience with architectural/engineering firms or consulting.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Previous civil engineering experience.
• PE license and strong communication skills.
