Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Engineer with deep expertise in performance testing tools and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in performance engineering, with a strong focus on NeoLoad, LoadRunner, and JMeter.

This role involves designing, scripting, and executing performance tests to ensure the scalability and reliability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise software applications.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using NeoLoad.
• Conduct performance analysis and identify bottlenecks across application layers.
• Utilize LoadRunner and JMeter for additional performance testing scenarios.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to define performance benchmarks and SLAs.
• Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations for optimization.
• Support continuous performance testing in CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Certified in NeoLoad with strong scripting and execution skills.
• Hands-on experience with NeoLoad for performance testing of web and enterprise applications.
• At least 5 years of experience with LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in integrating performance testing into Agile and DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based performance testing environments.

Certifications

• Required: NeoLoad Certification
