Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Manufacturing Engineer located in Chicago, IL. The Manufacturing Engineer will oversee and improve manufacturing processes, conduct production analysis, and implement cost‑effective solutions. The role involves collaborating with the engineering team to design equipment, optimize manufacturing operations, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Day‑to‑day tasks include troubleshooting mechanical issues, improving machining accuracy, and enhancing product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in manufacturing processes, manufacturing engineering, and machining
• Strong knowledge in industrial engineering and mechanical engineering
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
