We are looking for someone who is ready for a new challenge. Preconstruction and estimating is an important component to delivering high quality profitable projects and this position in this company is a highly valued position.

Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of estimating & preconstruction.
• Work with clients in the pursuit of new projects and conceptually prepare rough budgets for repeat clients.
• Help develop the estimating and project management staff related to project cost, supplier negotiation, subcontractor relations, design assist, design build, and contract and risk management.
