Overview
Software Dev Engineer-Mobile, Amazon Quick Suite β Job ID: , Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. We are seeking an experienced Mobile Developer to join the Quick Suite team in building our first-ever mobile experience. Quick Suite is Amazon's unified workspace that brings together QuickSight's business intelligence, Amazon Q's AI capabilities, and enterprise automation tools into a seamless mobile experience. You will be instrumental in launching Quick Suite's mobile presence, enabling business users to access AI-powered insights, automation tools, and business intelligence on the go. This is a unique opportunity to shape the mobile strategy for a rapidly growing enterprise product.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in developing scalable, mission-critical mobile applications, while mentoring and guiding team members
- Design and implement robust technical architecture that shapes user experience, investigating new approaches and prototyping new technology to ensure technical feasibility
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to transform customer engagement through AI-driven experiences, demonstrating strong product ownership and technical excellence
- Drive technical decisions that balance innovation with practical implementation in a fast-paced environment
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) development and/or React Native development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both iOS and Android development
- Knowledge of modern mobile development practices and frameworks
- Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and mobile security best practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
- History of building reusable components and libraries
- Experience with analytics, crash reporting, and mobile app monitoring

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
