We are seeking a Media Partner Engineer to join our Advertising Technology (AdTech) team. This role will act as a critical technical partner to our Global Media and Marketing teams, owning integrations with major publishers and retail media networks to ensure a compliant, reliable, and scalable data exchange.
The Media Partner Engineer will play a key role in expanding reach across multiple publisher ecosystems, empowering Media teams to activate audiences and optimize campaigns at scale. This position requires deep technical understanding in AdTech integrations, data onboarding, and activation workflows, along with the ability to translate marketing and media needs into scalable, automation‑driven, and privacy‑compliant technical solutions.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage technical integrations with major publishers and retail media partners to enable reliable, compliant audience and conversion data exchange.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines for audience uploads, conversions, and campaign measurements across multiple global platforms.
- Ensure integration reliability and compliance with evolving privacy and data‑sharing policies, including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Meta‑specific privacy requirements.
- Partner with Media, Data, and Engineering teams to design scalable infrastructure that supports campaign activation, attribution, and optimization.
- Implement observability and monitoring frameworks to detect, alert, and resolve data or delivery issues proactively.
- Evaluate and onboard new publisher technologies, including Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Software Development Kits (SDKs), and data exchange mechanisms to enhance targeting and measurement capabilities.
- Serve as the technical liaison between Media Operations and Engineering, translating campaign requirements into actionable integration solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross‑functional and/or cross‑team projects.
- 4+ years of experience in Advertising Technology (AdTech), Marketing Technology (MarTech), or software engineering, with a focus on partner integrations or media activation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing cross‑functional and/or cross‑team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Pay and Benefits
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
