MedStar Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to join our team at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center.

Position Overview: The Sterile Processing Supervisor oversees hospital central supply personnel, including stocking, furnishing sterile and non-sterile supplies, and equipment management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Manage inventory, sterilization processes, and record-keeping for medical supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree in healthcare preferred.
• 3-4 years supervisory experience in sterile processing or related experience.
• Certification: CRCST or CSPDT, with ongoing education credits.

Position salary ranges from $58,656 to $98,384. This is a full-time, mid-senior level role within the healthcare industry.
