Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical and physical analyses to evaluate product quality and composition.
• Perform experimental work under limited supervision, collaborating with other chemists and technical staff on research activities, testing procedures, and data interpretation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in selected analytical techniques and provide mentorship to colleagues.
• Analyze data, perform complex troubleshooting, and ensure accuracy with minimal need for rework.
• Review and assess deviations, perform risk assessments, and participate in root cause investigations with appropriate documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ensure analytical methods and laboratory practices align with internal and industry standards.
• Conduct equipment calibrations and maintenance to ensure proper performance and reliability.
• Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with environmental and company safety policies.
• Document laboratory activities and results clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety and GMP requirements and participate in regular safety audits and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory or analytical experience in a GMP or regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of cGMPs, regulatory guidance, and compliance standards.
