🚀 Director of HR L

Reporting to the VP of HR Operations, this position will manage a staff of 25 supporting 2,300 employees across eight states. The individual will provide daily guidance to the Regional Vice President and other senior management in the Western Region. They will play a key role in HR transformation initiatives aimed at standardizing processes throughout the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• Broad HR experience, preferably as a VP in a small company or as a Director in a larger organization.
• Comfortable discussing all HR functions.
• Organizational development experience.
• Experience implementing major initiatives such as performance appraisals and compensation plans.
• Experience working in a decentralized organization.
• Strong collaborative skills.
• Telecommunications or high-tech industry experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achievement.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Key Skills

• Ability to discuss accomplishments with enthusiasm and articulate their organizational impact.
• Understanding of business challenges and drivers.
• Ability to build confidence with senior executives and influence relationships.

Additional Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
