🚀 Commercial Litigation Associate

Overview

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join its Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial, corporate, financial services, real estate, regulatory, or construction disputes. Active bar license in Utah is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent local, national and international clients in complex litigation at trial and appellate levels in local, state, and federal courts.
• Contribute to a growing practice within a collegial, national law firm environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, with preference for experience in commercial, corporate, financial services, real estate, regulatory, or construction disputes.
• Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.
• Active bar license in Utah.
