Overview
IT Talent Acquisition Partner - Temp at Concorde Career Colleges plays a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and key stakeholders to understand talent needs and design effective recruitment strategies. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding—while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every step.
Salary
Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate the full recruiting life-cycle from requisition to hire.
- Proactively oversee candidate pipeline and cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Complete posting, screening/interviewing, candidate submission, and onboarding.
- Provide candidates with a positive and professional experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to source top talent for IT positions.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Stay informed about current and future talent requirements; participate in employer branding initiatives; attend recruiting and industry networking events.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations; maintain accurate recruiting documentation for key metrics.
Qualifications
- Education / Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment/talent acquisition or similar sales role; technical recruiting experience required; multi-state, multi-site experience required.
- Experience with ATS (iCIMS) and HRIS; corporate, sales, healthcare, or higher education recruiting experience highly preferred.
- Experience sourcing using various tools and platforms; strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.

- Ability to leverage social networks for recruitment and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
