We are partnered with a leading renewable energy company with a global portfolio of wind, solar, transmission, and energy storage assets, seeking a Senior Counsel to support real estate matters across its development and operational projects.

Role Summary:

The Senior Counsel will lead negotiations and provide legal oversight on real estate issues, working directly with developers, landowners, and internal teams. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating land and facility agreements, resolving title and survey matters, managing minerals-related issues, and supporting M&A and development transactions. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and collaborating with external counsel, title companies, and surveyors to ensure compliance with state laws and internal standards.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 10–15 years of experience in real estate law, preferably with a focus on renewable energy or infrastructure projects
