REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response experience, or litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity breach response work, with an emphasis on the following attributes:

1. Exceptional project management skills
2. Awareness of data privacy and security laws
3. Effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills
4. Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues
5. Motivation to learn and understand technology and forensic investigations, to be able to both effectively interact with technically-skilled individuals and distill key issues and findings for non-technical business team members
6. The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment

Desired experiences include advising on:

1. Privacy and security obligations
2. State, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations
3. Defending regulatory investigations related to privacy and security
