Position

In-Person Director of Sales and Marketing – Sacramento

Key Responsibilities

• Represent HomeWell Care Services professionally in the community as the company’s primary face‑to‑face representative.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral agencies, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Conduct regular outreach and achieve a minimum of 40 meaningful contacts per week with agencies and potential referral sources.
• Attend community events, networking meetings, and professional gatherings to promote company services.
• Travel frequently within the Sacramento area. A reliable vehicle is required.
• Collaborate with the remote Sales and Marketing team for support in social networking, digital campaigns, lead tracking, and administrative coordination.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen community engagement and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or community outreach, preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable initiating conversations and building trust.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a healthcare organization.
• Ability to manage time effectively, organize schedules, and document outreach activities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Positive, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented attitude.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part‑Time during onboarding and training (first 1–3 months), transitioning to Full‑Time thereafter.
• Competitive pay with a generous commission structure (details to be discussed during the final interview with the Director/CEO).
