$28.84 per hour

Full-time, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00.

We are seeking an exceptionally bright and motivated Recruiter to join a fast-paced environment and be part of a family-owned business that is growing with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Work with managers to fill vacancies as they occur. Maintain Vacancy Tracking Logs.
• Ensure vacancies are closed quickly (not to exceed a 30-day period).
• Meet all established recruitment goals for the quarter/year.
• Screen applicants and manage pre-employment processing for candidates. Administer assessment tests as needed.
• Work with operations managers on recruitment plan for new contracts.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Post openings with professional organizations and in appropriate venues.
• Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
• Create and maintain a monthly recruitment calendar outlining external and internal recruitment fairs/interviews.
• Partner with Administrative Assistant to complete new hire and employment paperwork (i.e. hiring sheets, transfers, status changes, etc.).
• Ensure all aspects of onboarding are completed prior to new hires beginning training.
• Responsible for all aspects of licensing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma and at least 3 years of experience recruiting in a high-volume workplace.
• Must be very organized with superior attention to detail.
• Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
• Must have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred).
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
