Litigation Associate Attorney – Milwaukee, WI

Amundsen Davis is hiring a litigation associate attorney for its Milwaukee office. The candidate must be licensed in Wisconsin and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in tort and commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery, present oral arguments, perform legal research, and draft legal briefs.
• Represent clients in trial, appellate, and other litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.
• Minimum 4 years of tort and commercial litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Some trial and appellate experience preferred.
• Submit resume, law school transcript (if available), and two writing samples.
