Overview

Amundsen Davis is seeking a litigation associate attorney to join the firm's Milwaukee office. Candidate must be licensed in Wisconsin and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in tort and commercial litigation.

The ideal candidate will have solid analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and work well on a team. Some trial and appellate experience is preferred. This position is not open to recruiters.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery, present oral arguments, perform legal research and brief writing as part of litigation matters.

Qualifications

  • Licensed in Wisconsin.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in tort and commercial litigation.
  • Prior litigation experience with conducting discovery, presenting oral arguments, legal research and brief writing is required.
  • Some trial and appellate experience is preferred.
  • Solid analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well on a team.
