Position Overview

SRS is looking for a 2 to 5 year Associate to join a great and well-established boutique firm in their Corporate and Securities practice; primarily focused on cases in mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, and private fund formations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in Corporate Law
• A strong academic transcript (top 30% of class is ideal but not an absolute for consideration)
• Someone who can hit the ground running to support the team
