SEQ Technology LLC is seeking an entry-level IT Recruiter to join our team. We are a leading provider of IT Solutions, contract staffing, and permanent employment services, exceling in networking with hard-to-reach candidates for positions ranging from entry-level to Subject Matter Experts and C-level executives.

About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to leverage our networking capabilities to source and engage hard-to-reach IT talent for our clients, focusing on roles from entry-level to C-suite. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for high-priority IT positions within financial services firms and utilize advanced search techniques and AI-powered tools to source passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage SEQ's networking capabilities to source and engage hard-to-reach IT talent for our clients
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for high-priority IT positions within financial services firms
• Utilize advanced search techniques and AI-powered tools to source passive candidates
• Conduct in-depth technical screening interviews to assess candidates' skills
• Manage complex offer negotiations
• Coordinate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of recruiting, sales, or customer service experience
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology
• Ability to screen candidates effectively and assess technical fit
• Research skills for sourcing passive candidates
• Organization and time management to handle multiple open positions simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
