Associate Attorney - Workers' Compensation Defense
We’re a small, collaborative Omaha law firm (4 attorneys) looking to add an experiencedWorkers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to our team.
What you’ll do:
- Defend workers’ compensation cases in Nebraska and Iowa
- Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and collect medical records
- Take depositions and represent clients at hearings and trials
What we’re looking for:
- Licensed in Nebraska (Iowa license a plus, or willingness to obtain)
- 2+ years of litigation or workers’ comp experience
- Strong writing, advocacy, and communication skills
