Job Summary

Crowell & Moring, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join our Health Care practice group, working from its Denver office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and run cases on a day-to-day basis, including supervising and managing junior associates.
• Take and defend depositions and contribute to the development of case strategy.
• Prepare and write complex briefs as part of active litigation matters.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably with managed care.
• Experience managing and running cases on a day-to-day basis, including supervising and managing junior associates.
• Experience taking and defending depositions, and writing complex briefs.
• Excellent academic credentials and highly developed writing and analytical skills.
• Must be a member of the Colorado Bar.
