Location: Dallas, Texas – The Ledger Law Firm

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and visitors like they’re walking into a trusted friend’s office—because they are.
• Answer and route calls with speed, accuracy, and genuine courtesy.
• Keep the calendar moving—schedule meetings, track deadlines, and coordinate attorney availability.
• Assist attorneys and paralegals with document prep and administrative tasks.
• Keep the reception area and conference rooms polished, organized, and client-ready at all times.

• Professional in your communication, appearance, and demeanor.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
• Highly organized with an eye for detail—small things matter to you.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
• Prior legal or professional office experience a plus, but not required.
