🚀 Insurance Coverage/Bad Faith Attorney

Overview

The Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking a senior associate or partner to join its Insurance Coverage Practice.

Qualifications

• At least seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience providing coverage opinions regarding issues such as bad faith claims, disclaimers of coverage, coverage allocation, and policy interpretation.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience litigating extra-contractual and bad faith claims.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar is required.
