• Build genuine relationships with homeowners, designers, and contractors
• Conduct in-home consultations to design customized organization solutions
• Use your design eye and sales skills to exceed your goals

• 5+ years of B2C or in-home/outside sales experience
• Consultative sales approach—you know how to listen, problem‑solve, and close
• A passion for design, home improvement, or retail/home services is a plus
• Self‑starter mindset with a customer‑first focus
