Lateral Link is assisting a prestigious Chicago Law Firm in its unposted search for a Real Estate Attorney for its preeminent team. Qualifications

Ideal candidate will come from an AmLaw 200 law firm or reputable mid-size/boutique firm and have 2-6 years of sophisticated experience focused on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings . A license to practice law in Illinois (or the eligibility to waive in) and at least 2 years of post-JD experience at a sophisticated law firm are required. *Please note: litigators and recent law school graduates will not be considered for this role.

Pay range and compensation package

$235,000-$420,000 base + bonus + full benefits.
