Overview

We are seeking passionate, hard‑working individuals to represent our brand in a vibrant, highly professional work environment. This role offers training, goals, and a team‑oriented atmosphere with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Opening and closing the business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Guiding customers on how to use tanning equipment for first‑time users
• Attending off‑site sales and job trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (about 7 hours per day)
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends
