A respected Orlando-based law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to handle complex disputes and represent clients in high-stakes matters. The firm has been serving Central Florida since 1982, with a focus on Bankruptcy & Debt, Business Law & Litigation, and Estate Planning & Probate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation from intake through resolution or trial.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and appellate briefs.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and deliver practical, strategic advice to clients.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and paralegals on case strategy and development.
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold service excellence across all matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably in Florida.
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex cases independently.
• Strong knowledge of Florida state and federal court procedures.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Trial experience is strongly preferred.
