An Am Law 100 firm is currently in search of an Employment Litigation Associate for their Washington, DC office.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 4-8 years of comprehensive experience in employment litigation, employment counseling, and traditional labor work, demonstrating a strong understanding of labor and employment law intricacies.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the DC bar, or the ability to waive in asap.

Duties:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for employment litigation cases.
• Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assisting with internal investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
• Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions with opposing parties in employment disputes.
• Providing support to Senior Attorneys in complex employment litigation matters, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances.

Compensation and Benefits:

• This position offers Cravath scale compensation, spanning from $310,000 to $465,000
• A very reasonable annual billable hours target of 1850.
