Boutique, entrepreneurial law firm with a concentration in real estate and corporate matters is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of broad commercial real estate experience including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, entitlement, construction, and loan documentation. The candidate must be articulate, personable, and a strong negotiator, and will be expected to run complex transactions on his/her own.

Job Description/Background

The firm is a small, but sophisticated, transactional law firm handling a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and corporate matters. Duties

• Draft and negotiate real estate contracts and leases for retail, office and industrial properties
• Handle all aspects of retail development projects for national developers
• Entitlement work (zoning review, applications for variances, governmental approval)
• Close commercial acquisitions and dispositions
• Due diligence/title/survey review
• Review, negotiate and close financing transactions
