This role is focused on advising and partnering with leadership to influence organization design, people strategy, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational development support; work with business teams and functions to understand current and future business goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiative
• Engage with business leaders on people strategy and how to deliver through workforce planning and organization design and structure
• Act as an effective change agent in an environment of innovation and continuous improvement
• Develop knowledge and skills to reinforce the SGWS culture with leaders and employees
• Partner with SGWS University and business leaders to develop programs and initiatives which help educate and reinforce the culture with teams
• Present solutions to issues in a concise manner to varying levels of leadership using analytics and sound business acumen
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects through full lifecycle (design, develop, implement) and deliver impactful results
• Ability to travel: 5-10%
• Managerial courage to constructively challenge conventional thinking
• Two years of progressive, relevant HR experience: Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Employment Law, etc.
• Proven success in implementing core talent management processes
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to execute effectively
• Confidence interacting with senior/executive leadership

Physical Demands

• Significant time sitting and typing, using a computer
• Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, stooping
• Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
