The firm is seeking to hire 1 experienced business litigator with 10 plus years of the experience in general business, creditors' rights, construction and contract dispute litigation.

Responsibilities

• This firm handles a diverse caseload of business litigation matters from shareholder and partnership disputes to trade secret/non-compete issues.
• Prior experience with construction claims, real estate & land disputes, and insurance coverage cases would be preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 plus years of experience in business litigation.
