Overview

Topaz Labs is seeking a mission-driven Principal Recruiter to partner with the CEO and own sourcing strategy and recruiting engine. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dallas, TX.

Topaz Labs produces AI imaging technology that helps over 1 million paying customers (including teams at Google, Nvidia, and NASA) maximize the visual quality of over 1 billion photos and videos. We are profitable and growing fast, with strong product-market fit and a vast market in front of us.

We’ve grown the team from 20 to 63 in the last 3 years, and now it's time to scale recruiting to match our high growth trajectory. To help us do this, we're looking for a mission-driven and passionate Principal Recruiter to partner with our CEO and take ownership of our sourcing strategy and recruiting engine. This is a unique opportunity for a smart, scrappy, and motivated individual to help build our rocket right from the launchpad.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy and recruiting engine; partner with the CEO.
• Scale recruiting to support rapid growth; build recruiting team from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology recruiting, ideally within AI or related tech.
• Deep passion for your work and an unusually strong work ethic.
• Effective approach to sourcing beyond simple Boolean searches on LinkedIn.
• Execution-focused with attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication.

Compensation & Benefits
