Labor & Employment Attorney – Senior Associate / Junior Partner
Amundsen Davis seeks an experienced labor and employment senior associate or junior-level partner to join our growing Management‑Side Labor & Employment Law team throughout our Midwest footprint (including Chicago, St Louis, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Columbus and Cleveland). The ideal candidate holds an active Wisconsin bar license and has at least ten years of experience providing comprehensive advice and counsel to employers, navigating proceedings before administrative agencies, and defense litigation in federal and state courts. Only those candidates with an active background in labor and employment law will be considered. Experience with traditional labor is a plus but not required. Candidates must have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and writing skills, and a deep commitment to client service and responsiveness.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment matters.
- Navigate proceedings before administrative agencies.
- Represent clients in defense litigation in federal and state courts.
- Deliver strong analytical insight and maintain excellent communication and writing standards.
- Demonstrate a deep commitment to client service and responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin bar license.
- At least ten years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and writing skills.
- Commitment to client service and responsiveness.
