About This Role
This position leads the administration and optimization of Workday’s Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules. As an individual contributor, you will enhance system functionality, streamline business processes, and drive impactful compensation program management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules. Lead design, review, and optimization of compensation-related processes.
- Develop and deliver training materials, job aids, and user guide for HR partners and business stakeholders.
- Lead implementation of the Advanced Compensation module, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Partner with HR Operations, Corporate Talent Acquisition, and other HR teams to identify related processes, compliance, and communication opportunities for Compensation programs.
- Manage compensation-related projects—scope definition, roadmap creation, planning, scheduling, and status communication.
- Effectively influence and coordinate communication of plan progress with regular status updates to business leaders and project team members.
- Support the Compensation team’s ad hoc processes and projects.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 7–10 years progressive experience in compensation program management, change management, and project management in the compensation area.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, systems, and data governance.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent experience preferred. Workday Pro or Workday Certification in Compensation.
- Expertise in Workday configuration and reporting.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to changing structures and priorities.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Commitment to diverse and inclusive engagement.
Compensation
Pay range: $88,600 – $103,000.
