Qualifications

• Must have: 2+ years Construction Collections experience (this could be in any type of construction or sub contractor)
• Experience with AIA/Lien Laws in WI and multiple states (please specify)
• Excel - ideally has worked with VLookups and Pivot Tables

• Knowledge of retainage rules
