The ROLE

This position is responsible for recruiting across our Americas region and Corporate business units which are supporting Go-To-Market (Sales, Presales, Sales Ops).

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play an important role in establishing and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience, contributing to the larger goal of making Syniti a great place to work. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency in the hiring process while building a strong bench of talent that fuels revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leverage best-in-class recruitment strategies to find and attract top talent in the market.
  • Own and drive sourcing strategy & execution for assigned requisitions, building talent pipelines to fill current and future openings.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from sourcing and initial phone screen to offer negotiation and acceptance, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate journey.
  • Leverage internal networks and partnerships across the business to drive employee referrals, strengthening our talent pipeline and employer brand.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with hiring managers and GTM leaders to proactively scout internal and external talent, aligning to quarterly hiring goals and revenue targets.
  • Provide market insights, and competitive intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
  • Coach interviewers on best practices to reduce time-to-fill.
  • Prepare interview teams with candidate prep packets and prior feedback to ensure efficient, informed conversations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in a technology company; prior experience in a consultative TA Partner or equivalent role preferred.
  • Proven track record of hiring top-performing professionals in competitive talent markets.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align recruiting strategies with business goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
