Job Description
- Assist in all phases of litigation, including research, drafting, and preparing legal documents.
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy development.
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in court as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Analyze case law and provide recommendations for legal strategies.

Qualifications
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
